The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Administrator to join the team in the Ashbourne Head Office. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills and a commitment to the highest level of customer service and safety.
Taking hire enquiries over the phone and converting to orders Open up accounts with credit control rocess credit card payments Using the in-house hire system Filing of customer contracts and other paperwork from the system Liaison with engineers and other hire desks in the Group Transport and delivery planning in conjunction with the Transport Coordinator Invoice queries resolution Work closely with Sales to ensure accurate service Keep CRM up-to-date Contribute to Lean Management Programme
The Person
Will have experience within the hire industry Strong PC skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Strong administration skills essential, with a high attention to detail Highly organised and able to multi-task Positive and flexible attitude to work An interest in machinery Excellent telephone manner 100% Fluency in English essential (written, spoken and comprehension) Excellent Team Player
