The Role
We are seeking a hands on office based individual who can also prepare vehicles for hire for our Self-Drive Operations in Ashbourne
  • Dealing with customer enquiries quickly & efficiently
  • PDI machinery
  • Handover machinery to customers
  • Vehicle swaps/deliver collect self-drives
  • Advise site supervisors of DOE due dates on vehicles
  • Taxing of vehicles
  • Registering of vehicles
  • Report any damage to damage coordinator
  • Wash and refuel machines as necessary
  • Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and compliant
  • Ensure IT systems are kept up-to-date
  • Liaise with subcontractors regarding getting vehicles repaired
  • Ensure servicing of vehicles is up to date in all depots
  • Document/file all paper work regarding vehicles

  • Assist in getting insurance disks for vehicles to site supervisors

  • Do operated hires as required
The Person
  • Good customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clean Driving licence essential

  • C licence of benefit

  • Hands on approach to getting things done
  • Highly organised and able to multi task
  • Positive and flexible attitude to work
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Strong PC skills
  • 100% Fluency in English essential (written, spoken and comprehension)
