Will be responsible for the efficient organisation of the Self Drive Operators around the country as well being the point of contact for all Self Drive enquiries in Ashbourne.
Deal with hire enquiries
Create / off hiring Hire Contracts
Demo / check insurance / drivers licence
Liaise with Hire Desks / Depots availability issues
Liaise with Service Department to ensure availability of machines
Liaise with Credit Control as necessary
Manage available drivers for collection, delivery and operator hire.
Manage fleet and know where each machine is at any given time.
Manage tracking system
Ensure contractors billed hours are correct
Be the point of contact within HQ for all Self Drive queries
Work with the vehicle administrator to ensure all certificates and road taxes are up-to-date
Collate timesheets and ensure times match with TMS.
Collect customer detail sheets that the staff collect when out demonstrating the self drives
Deal with any issues that many arise
