The Role
We are seeking a General Office Administrator to work within our Accounts Department  in Ashbourne.

This will initially be to cover a meternity leave.

Duties
The Role
  • Daily posting of main ROI bank  transactions (in and out - BACS, card payments, cheques
  • Weekly posting of ROI £ account
  • Investigate Credit control queries
  • Raise credit notes as necessary
  • Reception cover

 

The Person
Experience/skills
  • At least 12 months office administration experience
  • Will have a good all round admin experience but in mainly in accounts.
  • Experience of working in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and flexibility to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal is essential
  • Strong work ethic and ability to transfer to different departments as and when necessary
