The Role

We are seeking a General Office Administrator to cover Multi Departments within our Head Office in Ashbourne

Duties

The Role

This person will be required to provide administration services and across several departments as and when required.

Departments to cover include:

  • Accounts
  • Human Resources
  • Credit Control
  • Hire Desk
  • Reception cover

 

The Person

Experience/skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience office administration experience
  • Will have a good all round admin experience but in mainly in accounts.
  • Experience of working in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and flexibility to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal is essential
  • Strong work ethic and ability to transfer to different departments as and when necessary
