The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a HGV Class 2 Driver to extend your skills and become a Driver / Operator in our Specialist Vehicle mount division. As a Driver/ Operator you will drive the vehicle mounted access equipment to site and operate in line with the customers requirements.

We operate a fleet of 33 - 90metre vehicle mounted hoists, supporting a broad client base including construction contractors, wind turbine maintenance suppliers, commercial window cleaners and heavy industrial engineering contractors and major events companies. Duties

Drive and operate vehicle mounted hoists at client sites and premises
Carry-out checks on machines to ensure equipment is safe to be operated
Ensure the highest standard of Health & Safety for customers, colleagues and the general public
Maintain up-to-date and accurate paperwork
Provide a high standard of customer service and support
Additional yardwork / site surveys as required

The Person

Valid HGV / Class C Driving Licence is essential
Previous experience operating powered access equipment beneficial
Strong geographical knowledge of the territory to be covered
Flexible regarding travel and working un-sociable hours Courteous and customer focused
Excellent time management

Please note: The local depot that you will be based out of will be Fenny Compton CV47 2XF and when not on an operating job you will be working from here.
